Task & Duties of the Team Leader

Important: You Must check in with the office 2 times! (at the 45 minutes to 1 hour into the job to report conditions & if enough time was allowed, if all team members have arrived and then check OUT upon completion, BEFORE anyone leaves.

Team Lead (will be responsible for the final walkthough job success) *

To receive the $25 Team lead bonus you must complete this form in its entirety, make your check in and check out calls, and complete the cleaning to the customer's satisfaction

The TIME of your 1st call 45-minutes to 1 hour call in! This is extremely important!! We need to know if there are any problems and/or if they did not pay, if all team members have arrived, if there is enough time allowed to do a good job, etc!! *

The TIME of your 2nd call job completed check out! This is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!! We need to know if anything was broken, if you checked everyon's work, what time the ob finished up, if the client reviewed the work, eetc. At this time, the office will alert the house checker of your expected out and send her over (if applicable). *

Check (Pick up the check before you leave and check payment amount. make sure taxes are added. If you are uncertain, call the office. You are responsible for incorrect payment amounts).

Cash (Collect cash before you leave. Make sure the amount is correct, including taxes. You are responsible for amounts less than balance due).

Did you monitor monitor each cleaning technicians' progress, inspect each room as they complete (never wait til the job is done, check each on periodically!) *
